We  have an option for brides and bridesmaids who just want to browse and try on.

How long do appointments take?

We book appointments for one hour for brides and half hour for bridesmaids.

When should I start looking for my dress?

 Answer

We suggest about one year before the wedding. This is because most things revolve around the dress. E.g. bridesmaids, you may want to coordinate the same fabric or similar design. You may also want to coordinate in the colour of the men’s cravats with your bridesmaids’ dresses. Colours, fabrics, themes for your venue, they will all revolve around the choice of your wedding dress, so start looking early.

Do I have to pay for my dress straight away?

 Answer

Usually you pay 50% of the price of your dress when you order, then 50% when the dress arrives. We also have payment plans to allow you to spread the cost, please enquire. We do not charge any interest.

Can I bring family and friends to the appointment?

 Answer

Yes. We hope you can bring Mum or a friend, but not too many as this will confuse you. Everyone's choice is different. It is your wedding and your choice. If you want to show friends,  choose a couple of dresses that you like  on your own. Then bring your friends later to help you make the choice of your selected dresses.

If you have a budget then please let us know and we will help you get the best value for your money.

How much do your dresses cost?

They start at £250.00 and go up to £1500.00

I need to loose weight before my wedding?

 Answer

Do not let this stop you from ordering your gown. We can place the order with our designer and then arrange for you to come in for measurements nearer the wedding. This will help you to focus on loosing your weight and give you plenty of time to choose everything else for your wedding.

I am getting married in 3 months, have I left it to late?

 Answer

We do have some dresses we can order with shorter ordering times. We also have some off the peg dresses and also sale dresses. You may pick up a bargain.

Do you do alterations and how much do your charge?

 Answer

Yes, generally between £30 to £75. We only charge for what we do so you may be charged a little more or less depending on what needs doing. You can do your own alterations if you wish.

Can I take Photos?

Sorry, not until you have ordered your gown. Designers are very strict because of copyright. I am sure you will understand.

How long before the wedding will I have my fitting?

 Answer

We like to start fittings at least 8 weeks before the wedding. This can vary depending on what needs doing. Also any other commitments you may have.

Do you have plus sizes in stock?

 Answer

We are very committed to helping brides of all sizes and we keep a range of sizes in stock up to size 30. We are expanding on this all the time. If you look at our plus size range you will see the sizes we have of particular dresses. Do not let this put you off if we do not have a dress in your particular size, we can pin dresses to make them smaller or larger so you will have an excellent idea of what the dress will look like in your size. We will only sell you a dress that we are confident will look right on you in your size, because it will be our reputation that suffers if you do not look fabulous on the day. Also, remember we offer a private room so you do not have to try on in front of anyone else.
